Introduction

Welcome to Flux ("the App"), a Mounjaro and Zepbound injection tracking app developed by Richard Bagshaw ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Flux, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Flux is an iPhone app designed to help you track your Mounjaro and Zepbound injection journey. The App allows you to log injections, monitor weight changes, track daily habits such as water intake, calories, protein, steps, and sleep, and visualise your progress over time.

Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Flux operates on a freemium model. Core features are available for free, while premium features require an active subscription.

• Free trial — New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial of premium features. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
• Subscription plans — Flux offers monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscription plans. Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region.
• Billing & renewal — Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Cancellation — You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Free & Premium Features

Free features include basic injection logging, weight tracking, and daily habit tracking. Premium features include AI-powered insights, advanced charts and analytics, data export, and other enhanced functionality as described in the App. We may update the features included in each tier from time to time.

User Content & Data

All data you enter into Flux is stored locally on your device and, where applicable, within Apple Health. We do not store your data on external servers. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Deleting the App will permanently remove all locally stored data.

Medical Disclaimer

Flux is a tracking and informational tool only. The App, including any AI-generated insights, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your medication or health. We are not responsible for any health-related decisions made based on information provided by the App.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, code, and intellectual property within Flux are owned by Richard Bagshaw and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without prior written consent.

Termination

You may stop using Flux at any time by deleting the App from your device. Since all data is stored locally, deleting the App permanently removes all your data. If you have an active subscription, remember to cancel it separately through your App Store settings to avoid future charges.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flux and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
